How online day trading works is easy. Buying shares at lower price and selling the same share for a higher price to make profit is called day trading. For day trading the shares are sold on the same day before the market closed for the day whereas in other trades shares are kept overnight or till the price of the share goes up and then sell it to make a profit. Now the brokers and the investors can have direct access to the exchange through Internet where they can do the day trading and make profit. Certain rules and regulations are laid down by all the exchanges, which the traders should follow.
